AJGA Coca-Cola Junior Championship
The Highlands is honored to host the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) annually for the Coca-Cola Junior Championship. This year's event is open to qualified AJGA members between the ages of 12-18. The event begins with an 18-hole qualifier on Monday and continues the following three days with 54 holes of stroke play. All rounds will be played on The Moor Course at The Highlands. The AJGA is the most respected junior golf association in the country, with alumni such as Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Jordan Spieth, Paula Creamer, Stacy Lewis, and countless others.
Volunteer Support
The Coca-Cola Junior Championship at The Highlands received the AJGA Volunteers Award in 2006. This award honors the Tournament Chairman who builds the model team of volunteers committed to the championship's success. The Coca-Cola Junior Championship at The Highlands heavily relies on volunteer support to make the event successful.
